Membership Application Forms

Guidelines for Membership
- For a club to be eligible for membership, it should have a minimum of 10 members.
- The registered name of the club must be approved by Arnis Philippines.
- The registered name should not contain words such as PHILIPPINE, NATIONAL, INTERNATIONAL, WORLD, GLOBAL, OLYMPIC, and the like.
- The registered name should be unique from all other clubs already registered under ARPI. (Affixing a digit or roman numeral at the end of the registered name to distinguish two different clubs, as in the case of different chapters of a single organization, is permitted.)
- All clubs are disallowed to use the names and seals of the Philippine Olympic Comittee, Arnis Philippines, or the International Arnis Federation without proper authorization.
- The club head (i.e. founder, president, adviser or chief instructor) must prepare and submit the following documents:
i. Request for Accreditation
ii. Club Membership Application Form
iii. Individual Membership Application Form
- All members of the club must fill-up the ‘Individual Membership Application Form’ completely and legibly. ARPI reserves the right to withhold approval of any application deemed prior to joining ARPI.
- Each club member must attach two (2) 1x1 recent ID pictures to their application form. These will be used for the ID Cards and files of each member.
- The club is requested to pay the corresponding fees. (Fees are refundable should the application be disapproved).
i. Club Annual Membership Fee - PHP 500.00
ii. Individual Annual Membership Fee - PHP 100.00 per person
iii. Courier Fee (for clubs located outside Metro Manila; non-refundable)

- The completed requirements (applications forms, ID photos) must then be sent for evaluation to:

Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines 1600 - Upon processing and approval of membership, individual members will be given their respective Arnis Philippines Identification Cards.
- Membership to Arnis Philippines has a duration of a fiscal year starting from January 01 – December 31 of each year.
- Renewal of memberships should be between January 01 – February 28 of each year. Renewal after the said period is given a penalty of an additional 50% on membership fees.
- ARPI should be informed immediately for any changes in the club (e.g. address, officer-in-charge, blacklisted members, etc.) for purpose of expedient communication. ARPI should not be held responsible for any failure to communicate with the club due to such laxity.
